In July 2017, I was reading 365: A Daily Creativity Journal by Noah Scalin and thought, I should do something like that. That is exactly my kind of thing. So I started flipping through his daily suggestions and writing down ideas, and one of the ones I came up with was "play a game every day." It isn't quite what he was going for (the idea is usually a creativity challenge, making something every day, and playing games is more of a consuming activity than a creating one) but I decided it would be good for me... broaden my horizons, give me something social to do, and put a little extra fun in every day.
